Independent Hostels make great places for walkers to stay

Stowey Walking are pleased to be working with Independent Hostels UK this year who will be helping to promote the Quantock Hills Walking Festival on 22nd & 23rd June via the walking festival page on their website and via social media.

Whether you are walking a national trail or long distance path or want to base yourself in a great walking area, Independent Hostels offer great value, friendly, self-catering accommodation.

Independent hostels come in all shapes and sizes, some are purpose-built others are in interesting and historic buildings. You will find them in the most beautiful parts of the UK and on the Scottish Isles, Anglesey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

Hostels are used in the most part by folk who love the outdoors, so they are geared up for muddy boots and wet coats. A number welcome dogs by arrangement.
